1、目前是Bachelor 2nd year,予定04年底毕业,major in Economics, or Accounting, with a minor in Management Science and Japanese.
@_@
You are 2nd year and will graduate next winter? I'm a 4th year and will graduate next summer...is that due to the difference in the Australian system?
Also, the original question was about "grades" rather than "grade"--meaning your GPA. If you feel uncomfortable about sharing that here, you can PM me.
(By some odd chance I have been an admin on a huge US grad school admission BBS, so hopefully the below is more or less correct....)
You may not need to take TOEFL because you will receive your Bachelor's from an English-speaking country (although this is by no means certain). However, you will almost definitely need to take the GRE.

It's hard to say about jobs, although if you want to work on the West Coast you should choose a school that is at least well-known on the West Coast, and vice versa. (For example, Binghamton University is a reputable school in the Northeast, but nobody cares about it in California.)[/quote]

Even if you apply for MA, some post-bachelor experience is still preferable.

Accounting, Management etc definitely sounds more like MBA than MA. (I used to be in a business school and transferred out, and this has been my impression of the business vs. liberal arts thing....)
