请问IRC上怎么留言啊？？

usually u can use request to ask something, but in most cases, u r not allowed to use request command if u r not voiced or operators of channel.
u can also use command "/query nick" then type thing u want to ask or use mouse to double click that guy's nick and type thing, it have same effects
