On average, it takes about 1-3 weeks for packages sent by SAL to be delivered, and it's been a bit late already.
Unfortunately, since online tracking isn't provided for Economy Air (SAL), it was not possible for me to immediately find out the current status of your package at this time.
We'll continue to look into this.
Also, we'd be happy to send you a replacement, free of charge, if you could return the original package back to us immediately, in case it's delivered to you after all.
Please let us know whether we should send you a replacement at this point, or wether you'd like to give it a little more time.
