If we post mySG's comments about realivty stabilty between NT core and 9x core on any technological forum, it's gonna drop the jaw of everybody there........ :( I am getting tired of explaining as well.

Please do this before you review any operating system
1) read about OS theory. you will know why NT core is far superior to 9x core. I don't want to talk about technical detail here. If you wish, PM me.
2) after you got some background idea, bring up your hypothesis
3) experiment and proof the correctness of your own idea.
It is completely pointless to shout on a OS when you completely have no idea about what is OS, how to benchmark, nor even stability.

Nothing is perfect. If win2003/win2000 = 80%, win95 is ~50%.
Nothing will be ever 100% as different user have different expectation. Argument about perfection is over.

This is completely misleading! If you try run winxp/2000 on a Pentium 75MHz 16MB RAM sure it will slow like hell. Those grabled machine are better of with old OS for their purpose.
When we compared windows benchmark, we always use a machine that is fast enough to run the OS. You are completely lost here.
