Now, not a few people regret that foreigners' votes tend to vote
for characters of extremely narrow range of shows (particular famous shows) in comparison with Japanese votes.
I think you might watch only them, but many supporting materials are submitted in the voting threads for such people.
You might not read some of them, but it might be true that you can see supporting images and some AMVs.
Some URLs lack "h" of "http:", though, this is for avoiding a 2ch's restriction. You can see them by adding "h". Please add it.
If there are characters you don't know, you should see the supporting articles for the characters.
Saimoe is based on "supporting articles" and "comments (moe-bun)".
We don't welcome you vote without seeing supporting materials and writing comments, in essence.

"Comments (moe-bun)" don't have to be long and complex. We welcome any short comment except for abusing other characters.
You can write links to the supporting materials you like, too. Comments will liven up the tournament.
And, we hope you see supporting materials of the characters you don't know and notice also minor characters.
Saimoe tournament is not just a popularity vote. It's an otaku festival to find new moe characters, too.

目前，已經有相當多的人遺憾于來自外國的投票，
相較于日本本土票，只傾向于較小範圍的作品（特別知名的作品）。
我們想，也許[イ爾]們只看過這些作品，但是，發佈在投票帖的那些支援物，正是爲[イ爾]們這樣的人而準備。
也許[イ爾]沒看過其中一些的作品，但這不影響[イ爾]觀看該作品的支援畫像和MAD。
一些URL以ttp替換了原有的http，這是爲了避免2ch外鏈的限制。手動恢復成http後[イ爾]可以正常觀看的。
如果有一些[イ爾]不知道的角色參選，[イ爾]應當多看看他們的支援物資。
最萌是基於支援物和萌文的賽事，本質上，我們不會歡迎不看支援物也不寫萌文的[イ爾]投票。
