You don't want it to see the completed list... (couple thoustand files...) Instead, you need to know what you want & use the search engine.
The other alternative is to know the ED2k link exactly. (that is why we have ED section here) Find the anime you want to watch, and use the link to download.
To prevent server list keeps updating, try our ED reserve section. There are many useful suggestion & you can find how to best configure your ED client.
