Finially complete download "Grappler Baki" and have time to watch this anime all at one time, but found out that all the episodes' sequence from TV part1 and part2 are mix-up. In fact, Part2 TV series eps are incomplete.
Here is the list of correction episodes per offical website

[gz411][baki2] ep2-9 = [gz411][baki] ep2-9 .... those are all the same.
[gz411][baki2] ep10 (218,922KB) = [gz411][baki] ep10 (207,634KB) ... but size is also different.
[gz411][baki2] ep11-24 should be Baki TV Part1 ep11-24.
[gz411][baki] ep11 should be Baki2 ep12
[gz411][baki] ep12 should be Baki2 ep9
[gz411][baki] ep13-24 should be Baki2 ep13-24
No Baki2 ep1-8 & ep10-11 !!!
PS: I got them all from Dmhy, Hell and a friend (he got from Popgo). I think I'm not the only one have question on episode content and wish the boardmaster and/or Ripper can help to check the existing files.
