日本米仔細看喔很多包裝上會說明是免洗米:p:p

我刚做过实验，如果你把米泡在水里两天，就算你不加热它也会像煮熟了一样软起来……

可爱的我还把那“堆”米加热，结果本来已经潲掉的米在加热的时候散发出阵阵恶臭……现在想起来也禁不住要打冷颤……几乎要戴防毒面罩来处理最后的残渣。:o

泡二天光想像就很佩服你:eek::eek:

還好la這邊中國餐館都是圓米比較多
以前在國內上海janus就常吃長大米嗎:confused::confused:
