流浪兵团的宗旨？海外动漫联盟的发展目标？

现在这里太冷清了，通常偶也不太进来，没什么好的话题，没什么好贴子值得一看。流浪兵团既然已经确定，大家来想一想以后的发展计划，这个区到底用来干些什么好呢？不能总像现在这样让人一点都提不起劲来。

动漫讨论在主题区，下载在下载区，灌水在灌水区，这里成为第二个灌水区似乎也不好吧？偶以前也提过这里交流一些国外的动漫情报之类的东西，但似乎这些贴子也可以发在动漫区。或者是讨论海外生活，风俗习惯，稀罕的事？

大家一起想想吧，偶目前的建议是，国外似乎还有多种下载方式，不如，开发一下这个优势？国外的朋友大部分的下载速度都有限制，如果能好好解决这个问题，这里就会吸引更多的海外朋友加入。

来，各位分别给点意见吧，三个臭皮匠，抵得一个诸葛亮，呵呵。。

and i don't think to give the information and discuss language here will be a good ideal....coz too many sites have relevant stuff.....

sorry... really have no good ideal.......

maybe we can try to help ppl to translate sth about the animes?!

hehe... what a stupid ideal... -_-

i feel that you envy the other people,that`s a bad personality.which language you want to use is none of my business..you can use German,i don`t mind it.and i think your German is better than Chinese and English.
