The Caramel Taste
It’s again a Sunday morning
Sitting in the patio enjoy the sun shinning above you and me
The smell of the coffee in hand can hardly cover the sweet mix of fragrances suffusing the air
Her white dress is a beautiful fresh scene on the street
Her white frame Chanel sunglasses is a typical bring-back of the 80’s
Their smiles are charming
They are luring every eye on the street
They may be genius
They may all be Venus
They are classy and sassy
They are the one who make up this beautiful scene
Everything seems so stunning under on a sunny Sunday morning
From the back of the block I see him walking towards me with the style of Liam Gallagher
He is wearing a grid knit top with a yellow shirt underneath
An over size Christian Dior sunglasses is trying to hide his emotion on the face
He is the typical English man in North America
A perfect guy that fits right in a camera’s lens
I can’t help but to follow him
And I crazily believe he will be the one that will show me all the fancies
Here we step into an old time style lounge
But the jukebox is playing Maroon 5 and Alicia Keys
On the back wall there is the imitation of Michelangelo’s famous “Create Adam”
The taste of caramel is filling the air
It’s sweet, it’s stunning, it’s luring
The dusky light, the beautiful painting, the indolent sound of the music
Seem to tell everyone to enjoy and melt with the romantic taste of caramel
Slowly people starts feeling relaxing yet tempting
They are whispering and smiling
It’s the game of seducing
Share some skin and she is leaning in someone’s arm and slowly kissing
With a mysterious smile he is now looking at me
With the zest look in his eyes, he is quite like asking if I would dare to join the game
With a kiss on his chest, I guess this is where the chasing should end
It’s a beautiful scene
And all I enjoy is watching
