昨天突然發現在偶的STUDY PERMIT，上面有這樣的字眼：
INSTITUTION：XXXXXX COLLEGE（注：私立的）
CONDITIONS：
ATTENDENCE AT THE UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION SPECIFIED BY THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER
問題是偶已經從原來申請的學校裏辦了退學，原因是我已經被另一家公立的學院錄取了，剛開始是認爲要認真學習不能分心兩邊跑，所以即便是不退學費的退學申請偶也辦了
但是現在問題來了，問了剛開始辦留學的中介，他們又說要讀滿一年才能轉（偶還不滿一年），然後我又在CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION CANADA的網站上讀到了這樣的信息：
You may apply for restoration of status within 90 days after your status as a student has been lost. You may only apply if you have failed to comply with one or more of the following conditions:
* You lost status because you remained in Canada longer than the period authorized for your stay (but not longer than 90 days.)
* You changed employers, type of work, or location of work, without applying to change these conditions (if they were specified on your work permit.)
* You changed the type of studies, educational institution, location of studies, or times and periods of studies, without applying to change these conditions on your study permit.
* You have not failed to comply with any other conditions imposed.
It is an offence under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to not comply with the conditions that were imposed when your entry into Canada was authorized, or when your work or study permit was issued.
You may voluntarily leave Canada, or you may be subject to an admissibility determination or hearing. This could lead to your removal from Canada. You will lose your temporary resident status, and any permit you have, if you break one of the conditions of your stay.
There is no guarantee that your application will be accepted. On your application, you must provide full details of all the facts and circumstances that resulted in you committing the offence.
There is a fee for restoration of temporary resident status. You do not have to pay the regular fee for temporary resident status if applying for restoration. You must also pay for each new work or study permit when paying for your restoration of status. Restoration applies to each family member who has lost their status.
An officer will evaluate your request for restoration of status and will process any application for a student or work permit. Citizenship and Immigration Canada will advise you of any further action to be taken.
後來又看到了這樣的消息：
New Policy for Foreign Students Who Want to Change Institutions
On January 31, 2005, CIC introduced a new policy for foreign students in post-secondary studies in Canada. These students can now transfer between programs of study and institutions without applying for a change to the conditions of their study permit. They can also transfer between public and private institutions.
Previously, most foreign students could transfer between the same type of educational institution (for example, university to university or college to college), but could not transfer between different types of institutions (for example, university to college).
The new policy applies to students who have a valid study permit for training or studying at the post-secondary level, such as:
University
Community college, CEGEP, Institute
Private university, career college, academy, school or training institution
ESL/FSL and other language training
It does not apply to students in kindergarten to grade 12 programming.
Implementation
New study permits: All applications for a study permit (IMM 1294) for post-secondary studies received in person or postmarked January 31, 2005, or later will be processed under this new policy.
Existing valid study permits: All post-secondary students currently studying in Canada with a valid study permit are covered by this policy. You do not need to submit an IMM 1249 (Applications to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or Remain in Canada) to transfer between institutions. For any other changes to your study permit, consult Information for Foreign Students or speak to your foreign student advisor.
Applications to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay or Remain in Canada (IMM 1249) That Have Not Received a Final Decision by January 31, 2005
For applications to change only the type of institution:
The application will not be processed. It will be returned to the student.
A refund of the processing fee will be initiated.
For applications requesting multiple changes, including the type of institution:
The application will be processed.
The request to change the level of study will not be processed.
The processing fee is applicable.
現在感覺好像兩個内容之間有點矛盾，不知道該怎麽辦，當初問舊學校和新學校時候他們都沒有提及過有這麽一個問題，一邊說只要在轉到的學校辦就可以，一邊就說出勤率和成績可以就可以，但是究竟會不會影響到現在偶學生簽證的有效性和日後學生簽證的續簽，偶可以通過什麽途徑去確認呢？是不是應該重新申請或者要求更改學生簽證條款呢？這次真的是頭大了，請各位有經驗的前輩指點一下迷津。
另外，想問問，如果說護照的過期日期和學生簽證和過境紙的都差不多，在申請續簽的時候會不會有什麽麻煩？例如要同時申請之類的；如果分開申請會不會影響到未申請的證件的有效性？（例如先申請護照續期要不要先註銷原來的學生簽證和過境紙，然後護照續期之後再把它們補辦）
