至于图片当中5个问题之外的日文，因为没有英文翻译，我也没法进行二次翻译，希望懂日语的达人可以翻译一下英文翻译出处：

It's a powerful weapon even capable of combat inside dimensional space, and Vessel of Sei-Oh = Vivio is the key of this
weapon. These informations are from Yuuno-kun, so I'm sure of it.
Vivio seems to have more secret, but I'd like not to talk on speculation for sake of Nanoha-chan. Anyway, both of them are
VERY dangerious objects that require extreme caution when we deal with them.
T... that sounds really dangerous. Don't even dream of using it, little girls and boys.

圣王的摇篮是一艘巨大的战舰。在轨道上的话，它能够从两个月亮上吸收魔力(不知道有没有翻对)，并且能够对地面(指米德)造成极其严重的伤害。
它是一个强大的武器，甚至能够在外太空进行战斗。而圣王的容器 = Vivio 则是这个武器的钥匙。以上的信息来自Yuuno君，所以我很确信这个消息的准确度。
Vivio像是有着很多的秘密，但是为了nanoha，我不想谈论太多。无论如何，她们(指容器和摇篮)都是极其危险的，我们需要非常小心的应对。

Yeah, indeed. He's been up to something quite dangerous like Genetic Manipulation. CO, your opinion please?
Surely, he's a serious criminal and has been up to bad stuffs.
However, he only wants to study on something he's interested in; mainly biological researches... It's not that he wish to
destroy or dominate worlds, or willing to eradicate anyone on his path.
According to Fate-chan's investigation note, his obsession to biology somehow relates to his origin... Maybe we can see more
about this matter as we investigate more, or from their side's talks.
...Boys and Girls, be well prepared for video recording!
问题2：WS博士一定在策划着什么极其可怕的事情。
是的。他在策划着一件非常危险的事情，比如说控制遗传基因。(对疾风)老大，你的看法是？
的确他是一个非常危险的犯罪分子，而且造成了些相当糟糕的事件
然而，他只想研究他感兴趣的东西，主要是生物学上的研究。。。他并不想摧毁或者主宰这个世界，也不想消灭阻碍他的人
根据菲特的调查，他对生物学的迷恋跟他的身世有些关系。。。随着调查的深入，我们会知道更多的内情，或者是他主动告诉我们。

Question 3: RF6, GC, and High Councils... it's so confusing! Who's the top!?
She seems to be confused by the complicated organization structure. Let's do her a favor, CO.
Well, organizations are by nature complicated, so it can't be helped.
First, High Councils are the people who established TSAB.
Ground Center is a part of TSAB, and Mr. Regius is the big man of there.
RF6 is... in rather unique position in TSAB, that it doesn't have many restriction but will be in more danger instead.
Of course, RF6 is not a higher-rank, and the CO is as young as 19 years old (it's me).
About the High Councils... I think we'll see more about them soon.
问题3：机动六课，地面总部和最高评议会。。。这太令人迷惑了！到底谁是老大？
她看来被这个复杂的组织结构给搞糊涂了。(对疾风)让我们帮她个忙吧，老大。
这个组织从一开始就是这么复杂的，所以这是没办法补救的
首先，最高评议会是那些组建时空管理局的人们
地面总部是TSAB的一部分，Mr.Regius(某中将)是地面总部的老大。
机动六课在TSAB中，处于一种比较特殊的地位，在这儿的限制不是很多，但是相对来说也更加危险。
当然，机动六课的等级并不高，部队长也仅仅只有19岁(是我)。
关于最高评议会。。。我想我们很快就会了解到更多关于他们的信息

Question 4: So, Nanoha or Hayate, which is stronger?
...Why Fate-chan's not included? Anyway, how's it, CO?
Me, fight against Nanoha-chan? Nanoha-chan will win, hands down(0 second answer).
Among the Forwards of RF6, only one I'd win against in serious fight would be Caro (w/o her dragons, it is), I suppose. Well,
Fate-chan will kill me for that though, heh.
My fighting style requires either co-working with Wolkens, else I'd better off providing support from back-line. In other
words, at the point of me getting into serious 1 on 1, we're already lost.
Like how it is in Shogi or Chess, "Able to take strong opponent at 1 on 1" is merely one of many choices in tactical point of
view.
Mind you, it's not my sour grape, it's just that people have different role.
Was that a good lesson?
问题4：奈叶和疾风，哪个比较强？
为什么你不把菲特也算在内？(对疾风说)无论如何，具体情况是怎样，老大？
我和奈叶单挑？奈叶将不费吹灰之力地获胜(0秒就作出回答)
我想，在机动六课的所有前锋当中，我只能战胜凯洛(在她不召唤龙的前提下)。当然，如果我敢对凯洛出手，菲特酱会杀了我(笑
我的战斗方式决定了我需要在风云骑士(Wolken是德语中云的意思)的帮助下才能出战，否则我最好还是在后方提供支持。换句话说，当我陷入1对1的局面的时候，说明我们已经战败了。
这就像是将棋和国际象棋，能够在1对1中处于绝对优势，在战术层面上来看，仅仅是很多选择中的一种罢了
提醒一下，这并不是我的怨念，只是每个人所扮演的角色都有所不同

Good point there. They are girls of good age, yet both of them never had any rumor of romance.
On top of that, they now share the room... well, CO?
Ah, these two. Well, they've been togather since 10 years ago anyway.
It's funny to see that in front of Vivio, Nanoha-chan plays the role of strict but kind mother, while Fate-chan does the
father going all so sweet to daughter.
Weather they're love-love or not aside, they complement each other very well.
However, in our next action, they'll be taking separate route... so you'd better watch their friendship while you still can.
...You good boys and girls out there, make a good friend like them.

很好的问题。她们都是处在微妙年龄的女孩，而且没有任何关于她们和别人的罗曼史的传闻

RF6 members are getting to their last mission.
How battles will turn out? Let us ask about that to our CO.
Once we leave Athra for mission, we won't be able to come back until everything settled down... it'll be the serious battle.
Forwards are descending to surface, Fate-chan will be going after Scaglietti, and Nanoha-chan and us are heading toward the
Cradle... There will be fights in different place, at the same time.
Each of us will be questioning ourselves "Why and for what I fight" as we fight with memory of our precious daily life.
Maybe it's good idea for you to revise the record of our days in RF6, before it starts once and for all.

也许在这场最终的战斗开始之前，去复习一下我们在机动六课那时的快乐时光，对你来说是一个不错的主意。
