[新闻]职人末日?日本宽带开始限制上传

因带宽不足而限制带宽做法不仅出现在美国、中国,在号称带宽第一大国的日本也有相同的现象.不过,日本宽带提供商的做法是,只限制上传,不限下载.
由NTT通信经营的OCN公司,日前宣布将限制用户的上传带宽,从8月1日起,上传带宽的限制将被限制到30GB/天.

该公司声称,该限制带宽策略主要针对“小部分”用户,这些用户的上传量甚至超过了一些普通的文件共享服务器.在用户第一次违反上传带宽限制政策后,该用户将收到警告,而惯犯则会被断开网络链接.

显然,NTT提供的100Mbps宽带服务很容易被用户滥用,如果启用P2P服务,那么每个月的上传量超过1TB也没有什么奇怪的.部分美国的供应商采取的做法是,提供40GB下载流量,每超过1GB增加1美元.

限速上传不就行了，p2p的威力在于群体而不是个体。
要给软件增加流量调度功能绝对不是什么难事，最多也就是做种时掐着点就是了。

而且，真实情况我估计只是因为刚开始搞100m宽带，骨干网暂时还没有跟上而已。
现在DWDM技术发展那么快，很快就没问题了。。

终于有人在这里也发这个了么，我之前在水区发了……

日本那边ＩＳＰ不像天朝那样垄断严重，而且一天３０Ｇ对Ｐ２Ｐ放流来说算是过得去了。

最重要的是，我们能做的只有祈祷……

一天30G。。。。
刚才我眼滑成一个月30G。。。
那根本不成问题嘛。。。
一个月都快1T了。。
天朝这里2m的ADSL，49k上传带宽还不照样p2p？

用过大水管后你会觉得小水管惨无人道的，而且这东西用户退一步ＩＳＰ就进一步，就算注定要退也得干上一场啊:D

艾，说到底还不是天朝这边的垄断？
骨干网的容量、接入技术、资金，各方面都绝对不是问题，只不过没人和他们竞争，她们根本就不着急。。。
现在电信的城域WDM不知多发达。。。
我们那出货出到手软。。。
